Oscar Partridge Creative Director/Cinematographer

Oscar Partridge is a Sydney-based cinematographer specialising in commercials, music videos, shorts and narrative content. After founding Acuity Productions in 2009, Oscar completed his Bachelor of Digital Media (maj. Cinematography) from UNSW's College of Fine Arts and began building a strong international client portfolio including Sony Music, CBS, FOX Sports, RIDBC, Network Ten and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Joel Hagen Senior Producer/Operations Manager

Joel Hagen graduated from UNSW's College of Fine Arts with a Bachelor of Digital Media (maj. Producing). From there he entered the international film-festival circuit working for Tribeca Film Festival, Doha Film Festival and Los Angeles Film Festival.

He is an multi award-winning producer of Australian feature film One Less God (2017); TVC's, online and branded content for clients such as Netflix, Hasbro, Network Ten, MTV, CBS and Mamamia.


David Burrowes Resident Director

David Burrowes is an award-winning director and writer making work for the stage and screen based in Sydney, Australia. He graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from the National Institute of Dramatic Art.

David has directed a number of shorts and music videos, with work screened locally and internationally, and works extensively as a director and producer of commercial content.


Lucy Rennick Associate Producer

Lucy Rennick is an emerging creative producer based in Sydney, Australia. Since getting her start in the industry producing Tropfest shortlisted short film Ladylike (Official Selection Sydney Underground Film Festival), Lucy has worked on numerous narrative projects for film and TV, music videos, and branded content for clients such as Fox Sports, NAB, Mazda and Laser Clinics Australia. 

Lucy graduated from UTS in 2016 with a Masters of Arts in Journalism, an experience that lends her a unique approach to the world of film and TV.


Gavin Maxwell Resident Photographer/Post Specialist

After completing a Bachelor of Digital Media (with Distinction) at UNSW's College of Fine Arts, Gavin moved quickly from his humble beginnings as a studio photographer, working both successfully and widely across the stills and motion picture medium in commercial, broadcast and agency environments.

Gavin has won multiple awards for his work in film, and continues to work with top tier creative agencies, music labels and NFP's delivering polished products across all of his disciplines.
